  • $149 + tax
  • A two (2) night minimum stay is required

2017 WEEKEND SUMMER RATES

  • $159 + tax
  • A two (2) night minimum stay is required
  • Holidays are $159 + tax and have a required three (3) night minimum stay.  Memorial Day (May 26/27/28), Kate Wolff Music Festival (June 23/24/25), 4th of July (July 1/2/3), Labor Day (September 1/2/3)

2017 MIDWEEK SPECIAL

  • $99 + tax
  • A two (2) night minimum stay is required
  • Valid on select Monday-Thursday nights: May 29, 30, 31; June 1, 5, 6 7, 8; September 4, 5, 6, 7

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Rates exclude state and local tax currently at 11%. Tax rates are subject to change
  • Rate includes use of all public lodge facilities, games and use of sporting equipment
  • All cabins can accommodate four (4) people. Each cabin has a double bed and futon couch that can be converted into a double-size futon bed.  We also have a few cabins that can accommodate a maximum of five (5) people if the 5th person is a child under 16. (Child size twin bed).
  • Dog policy: The lodge welcomes friendly dogs.  We have two (2) dog cabins, and two dogs are allowed per cabin. Dog owners are required to sign our “dog contract” at check in.  The dog fee is $15 per dog per night and there is an additional refundable deposit of $75 required payable at check in.
  • We will do our absolute best to accommodate cabin preferences, but we are unable to guarantee specific cabins
  • Camping is not allowed
  • There is no smoking in any of the cabins
  • Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am
    • We apologize, but we cannot accommodate early arrivals on the property and we do not have any public restroom facilities. Please plan your arrival for after 3:00pm.

GUEST CLEANING POLICY

  • Because we are a small lodge with limited staff, we rely on our guests to help keep cabins clean. Guests must: 
    • Ensure all dishes, utensils, pots and pans are accounted for (a checklist is provided in your cabin)
    • Wash all kitchen items
    • Empty the refrigerator
    • Wipe down all kitchen surfaces
    • Strip the beds
    • Put chairs on table
    • Sweep

Deposit & Cancellation for Summer 2017 Season

DEPOSIT POLICY

  • A non-refundable one night deposit will be charged for every room booked when a reservation is made(for example: if three rooms are booked for two nights each, then three room nights will be charged as the deposit and are non-refundable).
  • Full payment is required at 30 days from stay - less the non-refundable deposit already received.

CANCELLATION POLICY  

Guests who are not part of a buyout group. We are a small lodge, in a remote region, open seasonally. Our cancellation policy reflects our location and short season.

  • When making a reservation, the 1st night deposit for each room booked is non-refundable. (i.e. if booking 3 rooms for 2 nights, the 3 nights being charged as a deposit are non-refundable). We make an exception if the rooms are resold to another party, please see below.
  • If you cancel 30 days or less from your check in date, your credit card will be charged for all cabins booked for the entire stay.  This charge is non-refundable, with the exception of the resold clause below.
  • RESOLD CLAUSE:  If we resell all or part of your cancelled room/s nights we will refund an amount equal to the amount collected, less the $50 per room booking fee. It is the responsibility of the canceling party to email the lodge within 21 days after their canceled reservation date has passed to inquire if any room nights have been resold to collect any refund due. If the canceling party does not contact the lodge within this timeframe then they forfeit the claim to any refund
  • Guest cancellations due to natural occurrences, inclement weather or river conditions are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY   

Guests who are part of a buyout group.

  • When booking rooms as part of a buyout group, your entire stay is non-refundable from time of booking. As part of a buyout group, we will not be able to help you resell your rooms. However if you are able to find another family member or friend who can take over your room, the room will be transferred to them at no additional cost.
  • Guest cancellations due to natural occurrences, inclement weather or river conditions are non-refundable.
